We are looking to expand our team and have opportunities for part-time people consultants / senior people consultants.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a generalist to join our small People (HR & Learning and Development) Consultancy. The role will involve supporting dedicated clients with all aspects of their People needs, building fantastic relationships and providing challenge and support to the management and wider team members. Our clients are predominantly SMEs, across a wide variety of sectors, where the activity is always hands on and requirements for support can be across the full range of People functions. The role will also involve project work to support the business and provides the opportunity to help grow the client base and consultancy team.

The ideal candidate will have gained generalist experience in their career to date and is likely to be CIPD qualified. Having exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, responsive and responsible and be able to manage multiple clients remotely and work onsite as and when required. Ideally candidates will also have gained some digital experience or have marketing communications in their academic background. Basic salary plus bonus based on client satisfaction and business development activity.
